Brother Genuine Pro Tape HSe-611E Heat Shrink Tubing - Black on Yellow

The Brother P-touch heat shrink tube is a non-adhesive, durable solution for cable identification. This 5.2 mm wide black-on-yellow tube is designed to shrink when heated, gripping cables securely without the need for adhesive. It is made from polyolefin and is sized to suit standard identification tasks, providing crisp, readable labels when printed with the relevant details. The tube is supplied as a flat-wound tube in a cassette and is intended to be used with heat to form a tight sleeve around the cable or terminating connector.

The tube is compatible with Brother label makers and is suitable for cables within a typical diameter range. It shrinks when heated, reducing to about half its original width to grip the cable firmly. The recommended shrink temperature is 110 C to 140 C, and the tube measures 5.2 mm in width and 1.5 m in length.

Usage

1. Once printed with the relevant identification details, the tube is opened up and passed over a cable or terminating connector.
2. Once heated using a heat gun, the tube shrinks to about half its original width, and in doing so grips the cable.
