MOULD & MILDEW RESISTANT – Designed for wet and humid areas, Build Point Mould Proof Silicone helps resist mould and mildew around bathrooms, kitchens, showers, baths, basins, tiles and sanitary joints. WATERPROOF FLEXIBLE SEAL – Forms a durable watertight seal after curing, with 25% movement capability to help maintain a clean, flexible joint around high-moisture areas. STRONG ADHESION TO COMMON SURFACES – Suitable for glass, tiles, porcelain, aluminium, glazed surfaces, stainless steel and other common non-porous building substrates. Compatibility testing recommended. FAST SKINNING & EASY TO APPLY – Acetoxy cure, non-flowing silicone with approx. 5–8 minute skin time and approx. 2mm curing rate per 24 hours. Apply with a standard manual or pneumatic caulking gun. TRADE-READY 300ML CARTRIDGE – UV, weather, cold and water-immersion resistant after cure.
