The laid on joint provides a compact working profile for controlled cutting action. CONTROLLED ACTION: Spot welded double leaf springs provide consistent automatic reopening between operations, reducing the need to manually reset the handles. Dual component handles provide a controlled grip during repetitive electronics work. CUTTING GEOMETRY: Full Flush Cut, 4 mm cutting edges controls access and cut profile for precision wire work. Induction hardened jaws are designed to retain their working edge during repeated use within the stated wire capacities. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION: rated for medium-hard wire 0.6 mm and soft wire 0.8 mm; overall length 130 mm; cutting edge length 4 mm. Use only within the stated material capacities and dimensional limits. ESD CONTROL AND FINISH: Fully ESD compliant to IEC 61340 5.1 and 5.2 for work around sensitive electronic components in an appropriate ESD protected environment.
