THE ESTEEMED CA' BOLANI ESTATE: A garden of vines lined with 999 Cypress trees, the Ca' Bolani estate in Aquileia is nestled between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, the ideal environment for producing wines with distinguished fragrances and flavours TRAMINER AROMATICO: 100% Traminer grapes are left whole inside the press for around 12 hours before being gently crushed. After a period of temperature-controlled fermentation, an 'elevage' period on the yeast lees completes the wine's aromatic balance THE BOUQUET: A nice shade of yellow with elegant gold touches, the Traminer Aromatico has a nose flooded by the floral notes typical of the variety and is reminiscent of yellow rose and lesser calamint with hints of citrus fruit THE TASTE: The notes found in the bouquet are echoed in the palate forming a dry wine with a rich, mineral profile and a balanced finish.
