Expertly engineered for professionals and demanding craftsmen, this 150 mm sanding disc is designed to deliver exceptional performance, durability, and a superior finish on a wide range of materials. Supplied in a pack of 50 units, these discs are the ideal accessory for your electric random orbital sander or polisher, ensuring you have the reliability and quantity needed for even the most extensive projects. The core of this disc´s outstanding performance lies in its advanced construction. Featuring a long-life, semi-friable grain, these discs maintain a consistent and aggressive cut for a significantly extended period. This exceptional durability reduces the frequency of disc changes, boosting your overall productivity and saving valuable time and resources on the job. The powerful resin-on-resin binder securely anchors the abrasive grain to the backing, providing outstanding resistance to the heat and friction generated during intensive use. This prevents premature grain shedding and ensures the disc performs at its peak from start to finish, delivering consistent quality.Built on a robust, heavy-duty F-weight paper backing of approximately 270 G/M2, the disc provides a stable, tear-resistant platform for uniform sanding, even when tackling aggressive material removal with its 40-grit surface. The high-quality hook and loop self-adhesive laminate guarantees a secure, reliable attachment to your tool´s backing pad. This system allows for rapid, effortless disc changes while completely eliminating any risk of slippage or detachment during high-speed operation. The 8-hole pattern is strategically designed for maximum dust extraction when used with a compatible sander or polisher. This system actively pulls dust and debris away from the sanding surface, leading to a cleaner work environment, better visibility of your workpiece, and a significant reduction in disc clogging, which further extends its operational life.Versatility is key, and the ABRASIENNE KE.RR150/8.40 excels across various demanding applications. It is the perfect choice for sanding on wood and hardwoods, effortlessly stripping old varnish, leveling uneven surfaces, and preparing for a flawless coat of paint or stain. For metalworkers, it is highly effective on soft metals like aluminum, ideal for deburring, cleaning, and surface preparation. Its robust design also makes it a go-to abrasive in marine applications, perfect for sanding boat hulls, preparing gelcoat, and working on wooden boat components.Features:- Grain: Ao Semi-Friable Long Life Aluminum Oxide- Binder: Resin On Resin- Backing: Paper F +/- 270 G/M2- High Quality Hook And Loop Self-Adhesive Laminate.- Applications: Sanding On Wood, Hard Wood, Soft Metals, Boats.Specifications:- Measures: Ø 150mm. 40 Grit And 8 Holes- Ø (Mm): 150- Grain: 40- No. Of Holes: 8. tradeinn Bricoinn
