It stops corrosion and it dissolves the metallic oxides chemically reacting with rust and transforming it rapidly in iron phosphate. The layer of phosphate is a thin, dark, hard, stable, insoluble and solid deposit, which is strongly anchored to the metal and that can be over painted. It doesn’t create a plastic or waxy film. It is a perfect primer for the adhesion of the paint, thanks to the micro cracks of the layer of phosphate. It is excellent for treatment by immersion or spray, it can be applied by roll or by brush APPLICATIONS: RustBlock e is suitable as rust converter on surfaces and rusted ferrous artifacts, also completely corroded. It is suggested for restoring railings, gates, car bodies, girders, tanks, metal sheets, pipes and every rusted metallic surface. It can be also used for restoring and polishing surface made with steel, copper, brass, bronze and steel alloys HOW TO USE: Preparation. Before the application, remove from the surface the flakes of rust with a metallic brush and remove anhjy trace of oil or grease. Application. Apply it by brush, spray or by immersion. It is important pour completely the surface. Allow it to react from 2 to 12 hours, according to the oxidation of the surface.
