The journey begins by soaking the botanicals overnight in a triple distilled, premium quality neutral spirit which is then distilled in a copper pot, creating an extremely smooth gin with punchy pine and citrus notes. The Cape Town Classic Dry Gin is made in the London dry style, with spicy Juniper and zesty citrus notes, with a hint of Cape wildflowers.
