The 125 hectares of vines enjoy the benefits of ideal microclimates from the steep slopes of the famed territory, resulting in high-quality wines 100% CHARDONNAY GRAPES - An organic wine utilising handpicked grapes from the highest vineyards on the estate to provide an ideal climate for capturing a unique Chardonnay expression. Mostly vinified in steel tanks, with remaining grapes aged in barriques DRY, WELL-BALANCED & FRESH - A bright straw yellow colour accompanies this organic, dry Tuscan white wine that strikes a balance between savoury and fruity with intense citrus and apple notes that ultimately culminate in a fresh wine with a long finish A REFRESHING PALATE - Acidic and interesting with a structured palate boasting the same notes perceived on the nose with added hints of wood that enhance the taste. Pair with roast guinea fowl or sea bass with beurre blanc.
