They are transparent and with an excellent gloss. These are specially made cellos, as the tape is on the bag and not on the lip. This means when the card or photograph is removed from the bag, the glue does not catch on the surface and pull off the surface USEFUL: Ideal for enhancing the presentation of artwork, photo mounts, photographs, cards, crafts, bookmarks, wax melts and more.
