CEYLON CLOVES FROM SRI LANKA – Sri Lankan cloves are highly aromatic and has a higher oil content. Adour and flavor are unique features. They have a spicy and pungent taste and are known for their medicinal properties. HAND SELECTED – Each clove is selected by hand before packing them in a resealable pouch, and we ensure over 90% of the cloves in the pouch come with clove head. SUN-DRIED – We use traditional method of sun drying not very hot sun and a minimum of 72 hours instead of drying in 2 hours using the drying machine. As a result, it keeps a very high oil level with dark brown color. QUALITY AND FRESHNESS – As quality is a part of our mission, we import products directly once it was released from our factory in Sri Lanka, via air express within a maximum of 10 days’ time, so it helps to protect the quality and the freshness. NON GMO, GLUTEN FREE, NON-IRAADOATED – Harvested from naturally grown trees in the central part of the country so no preservatives or additives.
