CHAIRMAN'S RESERVE WHITE is a blend of aged and unaged rums distilled in a combination of copper pot stills and a coffey still. THE ART OF BLENDING : Laurie Barnard, the inovative Chairman behind the brand Chairman's Reserve, drove the idea of having a diversity of rums from different stills and aged in contrasting woods so that the blender would have a palate of maturates from which to create a great rum. By 1999 these elements were in place and the launch of a new rum – Chairman’s Reserve, Finest St. Lucia Rum – heralded the beginning of a new adventure of bringing premium Saint Lucian rum to the world. TASTING NOTES : Clear translucant color. Clear, refreshing citrus nose with hints of raisins. Opens dry on the palate and finishing with notes of cream, zesty citrus and fresh lime carrying through to an elegant structured finish. CHAIRMAN'S RESERVE DAIQUIRI : Ingredients 50ml Chairman's Reserve white rum 25ml lime juice 10ml sugar syrup ice METHOD : Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.
