AMERICAN BORN, WELSH RAISED: Stored in virgin American oak barrels for 3 years at 125 proof. We char the inside of the barrels to release the sweetness and colour. We then disgorge the barrels, blend to the right complexity of corn, rye and wheat. Finally, we add Welsh water and take to bottling strength of our base bourbon to 40 % ABV. This classic hand made bourbon is then the perfect base for our accessible range of bourbon liqueurs.
