The Chef'n Glass Mandoline creates uniform, precision slices every time thanks to its premium weight, stain resistant glass surface and angled blade. There are four slicing options available - straight, crinkle, regular julienne and fine julienne and the thickness setting is fully adjustable via the side axle knob. For added safety and stability the Chef'n Glass Mandoline sits on rubber feet whilst the push glides seamlessly on rails. To protect the blade during storage a blade sheath is also provided.
