A tangy zesty blend with a kick of chilli. Add 40-50g for every 1kg of meat, rub until fully coated - use more if necessary - a little goes a long way. Cook to your preference, we recommend oven roasting and BBQ'ing This seasoning goes great with chicken , ribs, halloumi and tofu. This can also be used as an addition to sauces, soups and marinades.
