Chinese Five (Mixed) Spice Powder 500g

A classic mixed spice with an oriental twist. A blend of fennel, cinnamon, star aniseed, black pepper, cloves with added nutmeg, Sichuan pepper and ginger. Used primarily in Chinese cuisine but also in other Asian and Arabic cookery. Add to chicken beef or stir fry vegetables towards the end of cooking. Delicious coating for pork belly or ribs before cooking.
