EXTRA SHISO UMESHU LIQUEUR - This Japanese fruit liqueur is made with 100% Japanese premium Nanko ume from a famous ume region called Kishu. The Japanese Red Shiso Leaves provide an exceptional bitter, herbaceous taste to contrast the initial sweetness with notes of marzipan and almond. The Extra Shisho is aged for 2 to 3 years to provide the best possible taste from the ume fruit. CHOYA RED & CHAMPAGNE - Our Extra Shiso Umeshu Liqueur can be used in a variety of ways from a nice hot beverage to keep you warm, or in a number of cocktails.The perfect chilled champagne cocktail. Pout 60ml of Choya Shiso into a champagne glass. Then top this up with 60ml of Champagne. CHOYA SUNRISE - This vibrant cocktail is perfect for summer evenings. Place Ice cubes in a Collins glass and add 30ml of Choya Shiso. Then add 15ml of amaretto and 10ml of orange curaçao. Finally, slowly pour 45ml of pineapple juice over the ice cubes. THE HISTORY OF UMESHU - Umeshu is a traditional Japanese liqueur made from ume fruit. By ageing the whole fruit with the stone inside, you get the perfect balance between ume extract and alcohol.
