City of London Distillery Lime Gin, 70 cl

Versatile, well-balanced and juniper-forward with heaps of length and complexity. This makes an excellent G&T or Gimlet. On the nose, lots of sharp juniper. A little earthy warmth backed up with a touch of zingy lime. Well balanced. On the palate, juniper is the first present flavour. Pungent and piney, this is followed by a soft peppery note. As it continues more of the zesty lime comes through and to fill the mouth. A long citrus led finish that lingers long after the initial sip. The lime extends and amplifies on the finish. 40.3% ABV; 70cl
