JOKARI Fibre LC-PUR Ø 6.2 mm Wire Stripper: Precision Stripping for Fiber Optic CablesDiscover the ultimate solution for safely and efficiently stripping delicate fiber optic cables with the JOKARI Fibre LC-PUR Ø 6.2 mm Wire Stripper. As a premier tool in the Manual Tools category, these specialized Cable Pliers are engineered in Germany to meet the exacting demands of telecommunications and network installation professionals. When precision is non-negotiable and the integrity of fiber optic cores is paramount, this tool delivers unparalleled performance, ensuring clean, damage-free cable preparation every time. Unmatched Precision and Safety for Delicate CablesThe primary challenge when working with fiber optic cables, particularly those with a tough PUR (polyurethane) sheath, is removing the outer jacket without nicking, scoring, or damaging the fragile fibers within. The JOKARI Fibre LC-PUR stripper is purpose-built to eliminate this risk. Its unique design employs a precise, bilateral longitudinal cut. This innovative mechanism scores the outer sheath from two sides simultaneously, allowing it to be peeled away cleanly without the blade ever coming close to the internal fibers. This method guarantees the safety and integrity of your cable, preventing costly damages and time-consuming re-terminations. It is the perfect instrument for technicians working on FTTx (Fiber to the x), data centers, and other high-stakes network environments. Ergonomic Design for Field EfficiencyEngineered for the professional on the move, this wire stripper combines robust functionality with exceptional ergonomics. Its lightweight and compact body minimizes fatigue during repetitive tasks and fits comfortably in the hand. An integrated pocket clip ensures the tool is always within reach, securely fastened to a pocket, belt, or tool pouch, making it an indispensable companion for fieldwork. The intuitive design allows for rapid, one-handed operation, significantly speeding up the cable preparation process and enhancing overall job site efficiency.
