CONTAINS: 10 sheets of Fontaine 300gsm satin-finish watercolour paper in A4 format (21x29.7cm) 100% cotton. This paper is perfectly suited to the wet cyanotype technique. Its satin grain and smooth texture offer fine, precise reproduction. Optical brightener-free, it guarantees excellent colour rendition and stability over time. What is CYANOTYPE? Water, sunlight and a photosensitive solution based on ferric salts... These are the foundations of cyanotype, the magical photographic technique invented in the mid-19th century. Now back in style, it can be used to create marvellous one-off pieces of Prussian blue with inimitable depth. USE: Brush photosensitive solution onto A4 paper. Place the flowers on the paper, then cover with glass. Place in the sun for approx. 10 minutes; remove the glass and flower, rinse the paper with water for approx. 2 minutes, then leave to dry in the sun. CREATION: Product created in collaboration with Invincible Eté, French creator of unique cyanotypes. FRENCH COMPANY: in tune with your needs and requirements, the Clairefontaine brand offers innovative, high-quality and environmentally-friendly products to enhance your imagination and creativity.
