BALANCE AND ABDOMINAL STRENGTH: Many athletes and health-conscious people recognize the importance of working on balance and abdominal strength. EASY ASSEMBLY: The slackline assembly is quite simple after learning how to use the hook. The mounting height is calculated by estimating the knee height of the lowest person using slacklining, e.g. 50 cm. Attach the hook at 50 cm on both trees. This way, if you lose your balance, you can get down to the ground with little effort.
