Contains 97% apple cider vinegar, with organic ginger (1.9%), organic turmeric (1%) and organic black pepper (0.1%). CONTAINS THE MOTHER — RAW, UNPASTEURISED & UNFILTERED — Naturally fermented, unpasteurised and unfiltered, it contains the Mother culture which creates a cloudy appearance and sediment. The Mother is a cloudy and complex sediment of friendly bacteria that is special to the region of Modena and enzymes which form as part of the natural fermentation process. To enjoy it at its best, the vinegar is raw — unpasteurised and unfiltered. Shake well before use. COLD PRESSED & SLOWLY MATURED — PRODUCED IN ITALY — Made from organic European apples which are cold pressed into juice, then slowly matured into apple cider vinegar.
