Our Select Barrel is rested in particular oak barrels selected for their rich natural sweetness and intense aromatic qualities under the watchful eyes of our cellar master, Julien Thimon, at Habitation Clément in Martinique. TASTING NOTES: This Rhum Agricole matured in finely selected oak barrels reveals magnificent roundness on the palate with intense notes of vanilla.
