ON THE EYES: Pale salmon-hueled elegant colour ON THE NOSE: Raspberries, cranberries and ripe strawberries dominate the nose along with red florals, rose hip and marzipan-like notes ON THE PALATE: Gentle, mouth-filling characters of baked quince, cranberry and brioche, with soft citrus notes for freshness and balance. A fine structure persists to a soft, dry finish. PERFECT SERVE: Service temperature 8-10°C
