SLOW INFUSED, NOT JUST DISTILLED IN – We distil our flagship Dorset Dry Gin first — small-batch in our copper pot still with ten botanicals including Dorset-foraged gorse flowers, marsh samphire and elderberries — then slow-infuse it with whole British raspberries post-distillation. This gentle infusion protects the bright top notes that heat would burn off, giving tart, jammy raspberry over a proper juniper-led backbone. Bottled at a full 40% ABV — no dropping the strength to mask shortcuts. HEREFORDSHIRE BERRIES, ZERO FOOD WASTE – Our raspberries come from a Herefordshire fruit farm that quick-freezes them within hours of picking, locking in the just-harvested flavour. We deliberately use the misshapen, broken berries that don't make the supermarket grade — perfect for infusion, but otherwise destined for waste. Real fruit, real provenance, less landfill.
