Connacht Inaugural Release Single Malt Irish 4 year old 47% ABV Nose: Plenty of raisins and dried fruits followed by a honeyed sweetness, with notes of fudge, butterscotch, an almond nuttiness and hints of star anise. Palate: Vanilla and spices compliment notes of dried fruits and malt. Finish: Warming and full bodied with lingering walnuts and honey.
