The CRXSL wireless controller is a slim, mains-powered wall-recessing thermostat designed to control CONSORT RX and SL heater models. It fits standard double-gang boxes and features a large backlit LCD for easy viewing and six temperature adjustments per day across seven days. The unit pairs quickly with heaters and includes battery backup to retain time, schedules and settings through power interruptions, with automatic BST/GMT adjustment. An optional open-window detection suspends heating when a rapid temperature drop is detected and restarts when normal conditions return, with detection time and threshold configurable in the setup menu. Other features include a 15-minute Boost for rapid comfort, five operating modes (Automatic, Manual, Comfort, Setback, Fan only), an electronic child lock, selectable °C/°F display, and the option to limit minimum and maximum temperatures.
