This product is a Golden Crown Lager Brewing Extract kit designed to produce a Dortmunder-style lager at home. The extract brews 6 gallons (48 pints) and is described as a delicate, less sweet lager with deep golden hues, a firm malty body, and a refreshingly bitter finish with a lingering fruity aroma. The kit includes proprietary brewing yeast formulated to perform well across a wide range of temperatures and is GMO-free, all-natural, with no added sugar. It is designed to cut time, equipment, space, and cost-intensive steps from the homebrew process. The refill includes the Golden Crown Brewing Extract and proprietary brewing yeast, and to use this extract you will also need Coopers DIY Light Dry Malt.
