It features a precision-hardened 65Mn steel tensioned core to help the blade run true, and dual laser welding to reduce the risk of damaged segments. An alternating segment design promotes efficient waste release for smooth, fast cutting, while segments contain ultra-grade nano and micro diamond crystals embedded in a robust metal matrix bond. The blade is built with a high-performance metallurgically engineered bond formulation intended to maximize durability and lifespan. Manufactured to EN 13236 quality standard and oSa certified for safety and quality. Suitable for cutting materials including asphalt, various concrete products, bricks, blocks, paviours, clay goods, stone such as gritstone and marble, slate, cement board, roofing tiles, terracotta, and more. The blade supports wet and dry cutting modes and offers a long-lasting, reliable cutting experience across diverse applications.
