COTEAUX D'AIX-EN-PROVENCE | Crafted in one of Provence's celebrated rosé appellations, where abundant Mediterranean sunshine and the cooling, dry Mistral help produce healthy, aromatic grapes with freshness and character. CAREFULLY CRAFTED | Grapes are harvested in the cool of the night, gently cold pressed and fermented at low temperature to preserve their fresh fruit aromas, before maturation on the lees adds greater texture and complexity.
