A NORDIC GIN WITH A TOUCH OF SMOKE: Inspired by the coastal forests of northern Estonia, Crafter's Wild Forest is a homage to the Nordic wilderness. Where most gins stay crisp and citrus led, this one is bold and earthy, with the flavours of the forest. SPRUCE, PINE SHOOTS, HEATHER & BLUEBERRY: A coniferous trio of juniper berries, spruce needles and pine shoots. Heather flowers add depth, while blueberry shoots bring a lift. Lemon and orange zest, ginger, nutmeg and orris root round out the blend. SEA SALT SMOKED ON JUNIPER WOOD: The smoke comes from sea salt smoked on juniper wood. Bottled at 47% ABV so that the Nordic flavours can fully emerge, it is the result of evergreen recipe No. 27, built around sustainably distilled juniper. ESTONIAN CRAFT, INTERNATIONALLY AWARDED: Wild Forest won Gold at The Drinks Business Asia Gin Masters 2023, Silver at both the San Francisco and Singapore World Spirits Competitions 2023, and was named The Best Estonian Alcoholic Beverage 2023. SPRUCE FIRST, HONEY & SMOKE TO FINISH: Spruce leads, followed by blueberry, sweet spices and a slight saltiness, before honey, pine resin and smoke arrive. Mix 60ml with 200ml tonic, lemon peel and ice, or stir it into a Negroni or a Dry Martini.
