Excellent mechanical properties: The PAHT-CF filament is made of a composite material of PA12 and carbon fibers and offers high tensile strength. It has a bending strength xy of 153.7 MPa (dry) and can withstand high loads. This makes it ideal for industrial and technical applications where longevity is crucial. LOW MOISTURE ABSORPTION With a saturation water absorption of only 0.88% (25°C, 55% relative humidity), water absorption is 76.8% lower than conventional PA-CF filament. It maintains its excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability even in high humidity environments, ensuring long-lasting reliable printing results. Excellent Z direction adhesion: shows 15% improved bending strength in Z direction compared to normal PA-CF and reaches 58.2MPa (dry). This high adhesion in the Z direction gives the printed parts the ability to withstand impact and stress without breaking or deforming - ideal for parts exposed to harsh conditions. High temperature resistance: Has a heat distortion temperature of up to 195°C (0.45MPa) and is therefore suitable for applications where the printed parts may be exposed to high temperatures. It retains its shape and strength and is therefore suitable for use in the automotive, aerospace industries as well as other high temperature industries. Compatibility and Settings Creality Hyper PAHT-CF is compatible with most closed 3D printers. Use hardened steel or ruby nozzles to avoid wear. Suggested Settings: Nozzle temperature 270-300°C, Heated bed temperature 90-110°C, Printing Speed 30-80mm/s.
