Cumberland Sausage Roll Mix 500g

A traditional favourite made easy with this premium herby seasoning. Packed with herbs such as pepper, sage, parsley and thyme to achieve the authentic cumberland taste. Use 500g mix per 4kg minced meat, includes rusk. This pack will make 5kg of sausage meat. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative! Simply add this seasoning to minced meat & water. Prepare the sausage meat as per pack and cover with pastry to make the perfect sausage roll. The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage. Leave sausage meat in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat. Simply wrap the sausage meat in pastry and bake.
