It was designed to compliment seafood, which is rather interesting, so crack out the oysters Combine 1 part Da Mhile Seaweed Gin, 2 parts Sweet Vermouth and 1 part Olive Juice in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an Olive. Seaweed Gin also makes a great G&T, try garnishing yours with kiwi.
