Dare 2b Men's Baseplate IV Ski Jacket, Waterproof Breathable Coat

The Dare2b BASEPLATE IV JACKET for men is designed to provide reliable protection during winter sports. Crafted from ARED fabric with a durable water repellent finish, it offers a water column rating of 35,000 mm, ensuring strong resistance to wet conditions. Its breathability rating of 35,000 g/m²/24h allows efficient moisture management, keeping you comfortable on the slopes. This jacket features a fixed, helmet-compatible hood that is also adjustable for a personalised fit. The design includes fully taped seams and windproof materials, offering comprehensive defence against harsh weather. Underarm ventilation zips help regulate temperature during intense activity. The Baseplate IV is insulated for added warmth, suitable for cold environments with a warmth rating of 5, categorised as extra warm. It incorporates pre-shaped cuffs and sleeves with adjustable, stretch cuffs that include thumbholes to prevent snow ingress and improve comfort. Functionality is enhanced by multiple pockets: vertical breast pockets, large front compartments, inner storage, and a dedicated ski pass pocket. A fixed snow gaiter prevents snow from entering the jacket during deep powder skiing sessions. The jacket also features a chin protector integrated with the main zipper, preventing discomfort from rubbing.
