Non-stick mould: The De Buyer coated steel cake pan is ideal for various pastries such as cakes, desserts, sponge cakes and cheesecakes. PERFECT COOKING: The steel of the mold achieves high temperatures, thus promoting the caramelization of the juices and ensuring excellent cooking results. Anti-stick: The mould has a non-stick coating that facilitates the release of the mould, protects the steel from oxidation and simplifies maintenance. This coating is free of PTFE and PFAS. Practical use: The De Buyer non-stick steel pan allows traditional baking in the oven (+220°C maximum). It is not suitable for microwave use. Be careful not to use metal objects in the mold. MAINTENANCE: Hand wash only with a non-abrasive sponge. Not dishwasher safe.
