The B&W battery.case P908.8 is the ideal solution for safe storage as well as easy transport of intact and defective lithium batteries. Extremely durable and easy to use. Tested and approved as dangerous goods packaging and therefore suitable for transporting intact and defective lithium batteries on public roads. The maximum load is 0.8 kg. The safe storage of lithium-ion batteries of battery-powered devices, such as e-bikes, drones or cordless screwdrivers, plays an important role, especially if the batteries are not used for a long time. The B&W battery.case P908.08 is officially approved for the transport and storage of intact and defective lithium batteries according to transport regulations P903 and P908. The unique safety system of the case closes automatically in the event of a fire and is registered with the German Patent and Trademark Office. The activated carbon filter reduces emerging gases and significantly reduces soot formation in the event of a possible battery fire. Tested under real conditions: during tests with real, burning and exploding bicycle batteries, no fumes leaked and the outer covers of the B&W battery.case P908.08 remained constantly below 100°C. The adjustable, pre-cut cube foam inside the B&W battery.case can be easily adapted to any type of acute and thus ensures a stable and secure hold during transport. With a cargo area of 208 x 151 x 66 mm, the battery.case offers plenty of space. Two fireproof protective bags provide additional protection for defective Li-ion batteries. The sophisticated construction of the B&W battery.case offers the possibility to safely charge the battery even when closed thanks to the sophisticated cable guide. Cables with a maximum permissible diameter of up to 5 mm are fixed thanks to the insertion plate.
