In the box: a pair of levers on square rose backplates, a 2.5 inch bathroom lock with thumb turn and release, a colour matched strike plate, an 8 mm by 8 mm by 90 mm spindle, a 5 mm by 5 mm turn spindle and the fixing screws. It locks from the inside only and there are no keys, which is what a bathroom or a cloakroom needs. Fits standard UK internal doors 35 to 42 mm thick. The spindle is 8 mm by 8 mm by 90 mm and the rose is square; the rose pushes on to hide the fixings, and a screwdriver is the only tool you need. Handed for neither side, so the same set works on a left hand or a right hand door. Built from aluminium alloy with a matt black finish across the lever and the rose. The lever is 130 mm long with a 60 mm projection, with a 20 mm by 11.6 mm grip and a 10.5 mm rosette, and it is sprung so it settles level every time you let go. It sits cleanly on painted, oak and walnut doors alike. A bathroom door handle with lock for bathrooms, en suites and cloakrooms, and the same set suits a bedroom where you want privacy without keys. These are internal door handles with lock that need no key at all, so nothing can be lost. One box covers one door. Fire rating: the handles themselves are not fire rated, but the bathroom lock supplied here is, to FD30 with a 1 mm intumescent pad and to FD60 with a 2 mm pad.
