Unlike a turn-only set, the locking bolt is supplied, so this fits a bathroom or toilet door on its own. 76mm (3 INCH) CASE WITH A 57mm BACKSET - the backset is the distance from the door edge to the centre of the spindle hole. Measure yours before ordering; 57mm is the standard UK bathroom door size. FIRE DOOR USE - fire rated to FD30 with a 1mm intumescent pad, or FD60 with a 2mm pad. The pad is not supplied and must be fitted around the lock case. PRIVACY LOCK FOR INTERNAL DOORS - turn from inside to throw the bolt; the outside release opens the door in an emergency without a key. For bathroom, toilet, ensuite, cloakroom and bedroom doors.
