In the box: a pair of levers on square rose backplates, a 2.5 inch tubular mortice latch, a pair of 3 inch butt hinges, a colour matched strike plate, an 8 mm by 8 mm by 90 mm spindle and the fixing screws. Everything a newly hung door needs in one box. Fits standard UK internal doors 35 to 42 mm thick. The spindle is 8 mm by 8 mm by 90 mm and the rose is square; the rose pushes on to hide the fixings, and a screwdriver is the only tool you need. Handed for neither side, so the same set works on a left hand or a right hand door. Built from aluminium alloy with a duo finish, matt black on the lever with a brushed silver rose. The lever is 130 mm long with a 60 mm projection, with a 20 mm by 11.6 mm grip and a 10.5 mm rosette, and it is sprung so it settles level every time you let go. It sits cleanly on painted, oak and walnut doors alike. Internal door handles with latch and hinges for a new or replacement door, supplied as door handles internal sets with the hinges in the same box. One box covers one door completely, which is the version to pick when the door is going on fresh. Fire rating: the handles themselves are not fire rated, but the tubular mortice latch and the butt hinges supplied here are, to FD30 with a 1 mm intumescent pad and to FD60 with a 2 mm pad. The pad is not supplied, so order one separately if you are fitting a fire door. Before ordering, check what your door already has: the spindle here is 8 mm by 8 mm by 90 mm and the rose is square.
