IN THE BOX: a complete internal door handle kit with latch for one door - one pair of matt black lever handles on round roses, a 44 mm backset tubular latch with its strike plate, and all fixings. WILL IT FIT: the round rose measures 51.2 mm across and 6 mm deep, the lever is 130 mm long and stands 58 mm off the door face. Suits doors 35-45 mm thick. Backset is the distance from the door edge to the centre of the spindle - measure your existing spindle hole if you are replacing a handle, it is not worked out from the door thickness. BUILT TO LAST: machined from solid aluminium with an even matt black finish, so the lever has real weight in the hand rather than the hollow feel of a pressed tube. The sprung return brings the lever back level every time. ONE BOX COVERS ONE DOOR: order one per door. These interior door handles work as bedroom, living room, office and hallway door handles, and the black finish sits well with both modern and period interiors. FIRE DOORS: the tubular latch supplied is fire rated and CE marked. Fire doors also need rated hinges and, in most cases, an intumescent pad behind the latch - neither is included here.
