The fiber optic network cables from DIGITUS are available in all common fiber classes and connector combinations - each cable is packed individually and including a measurement protocol. Each patch cable contains a fiber for the forward and backward channel as well as plugs with ceramic ferrule and two-color anti-kink sleeves for unambiguous fiber identification. Ethernet LAN cables are available with LC, SC or ST connectors as standard - no adapters are required due to the different connector combinations. Bifiber optical data links of the OM2 category achieve bandwidths of up to 10 Gigabits per second if the total line length does not exceed 82 meters. To achieve the full bandwidth, all components of the overall line (SFP modules, switches, ...) must support the bandwidth and be installed in a technically flawless manner.
