Proudly made in the UK, this tool delivers exceptional performance for demanding industrial and automotive tasks, reducing fatigue and boosting productivity. BAHCO Preset Free Drive Mechanical Torque Wrench with Interchangeable HeadDiscover unparalleled precision and reliability with the BAHCO Preset Free Drive Mechanical Torque Wrench, a premier tool engineered for demanding industrial and automotive applications. As a leading choice in the Manual Tools and Keys category, this wrench is specifically designed for professionals who require consistent, accurate torque application for critical fastening tasks. Its robust construction and innovative design deliver exceptional performance, ensuring every bolt is tightened to the exact specification, time after time.At the heart of this tool is its advanced free drive breaking mechanism. Unlike standard click-type wrenches that can be inadvertently over-torqued if the operator doesn´t stop pulling at the click, the BAHCO wrench provides a clear, unmistakable physical signal. Upon reaching the preset torque, the mechanism breaks or slips, preventing any further force from being applied to the fastener. This crucial feature virtually eliminates the risk of over-tightening, safeguarding components from damage and ensuring the integrity of the assembly. This makes it an ideal solution for repetitive tasks on assembly lines or in quality-controlled maintenance environments where precision is non-negotiable.Engineered for absolute accuracy, this torque wrench surpasses the stringent requirements of ISO 6789-1:2017, boasting an accuracy of ±3% of the reading. This high level of precision provides the confidence needed for critical applications where safety and performance are paramount. The versatility of this tool is further enhanced by its interchangeable 22 mm cylindrical spigot connection, allowing for a wide range of head types to be used. Furthermore, its clever design enables both clockwise and anti-clockwise operation simply by turning the wrench over, making it a highly adaptable tool for various scenarios. As part of the Fixed Keys subcategory, its preset nature ensures repeatability without the need for constant adjustment.User efficiency and ergonomics are central to the BAHCO design. A standout feature is its non-length-dependant mechanism, meaning its accuracy is unaffected by the hand position on the handle or the use of the optional extension. This design element significantly reduces the potential for user error. For high-torque applications, the available extension handle drastically reduces the effort required by the operator, minimizing fatigue and increasing productivity over long shifts. Proudly made in the UK, this wrench is a testament to superior engineering and manufacturing quality.Technical SpecificationsMechanical Preset Free Hand Point Click Torque Wrench with Interchangeable Head.Non-length-dependant so can be used with or without extension handle .- Range covering from 130 to 650 N·m/100.- 480 ft.lb torque values .- Can be used clockwise or anticlockwise by turning the wrench over .- Accurate to ±3% of reading which exceeds the requirements of ISO6789-1:2017 .- Exceptionally clear torque signal from the unique mechanism .- 22 mm spigot interchangeable head allowing CW and ACW operations .- Extension handle significantly reduces operator effort to achieve high torque values .- All in a portable sturdy blow mould case .- On request preset wrenches can be set and certified with a declaration of conformity .- Made in the UK. tradeinn Bricoinn
