INTRODUCING BEALTAINE - A limited release honours the ancient Celtic celebration of Bealtaine, which marks the end of spring and the beginning of summer. NOSE - Matured in Bourbon casks with a Shiraz cask finish, Bealtaine Single Pot Still expresses sweet aromas of sundried raisins, sweet dates and vanilla cream on the nose. TASTE - On the palate, it is warm with a suggestion of dark cherries in syrup, nutty caramel and velvety dark chocolate. The syrup texture slowly melts to a warm spice finish. WHEEL OF THE YEAR - The Celtic Wheel of the Year is a solar calendar that marks the time and the seasons. It is divided into eight periods. Dingle Distilery’s Wheel of the Year series is set to launch eight editions, following the rhythm of the seasons, equinoxes, and solstices, plus a final release to mark Wren’s Day. DINGLE DISTILLERY - Dingle Distillery was really put on the map when its Dry Gin was named the World’s Best Gin at the 2019 World Gin Awards. But the Kerry-based is probably best known today as one of the leading new distilleries in the Irish whiskey boom. It’s one of the few in the category to only to produce expressions entirely with its own spirit.
