INTRODUCING LA LE BRIDE- A limited release which honours the ancient Celic celebration of La le Bride, also known as Imbolg, which marks the beginning of Spring and the arrival of brighter, warmer days. NOSE - Matured in Bourbon casks with a Rye cask finish. Indulge in light, sweet aromas of honey, raspberries, biscuits, icing sugar, and butterscotch on the nose. TASTE - On the palate, it is rich in spice, herbs, caramel, and ginger, all elevated nicely with a touch of mint, and brought to a close with a toffee and spiced fruit finish. WHEEL OF THE YEAR -The Celtic Wheel of the Year is a solar calendar that marks the time and the seasons. It is divided into eight periods. Dingle Distilery’s Wheel of the Year series is set to launch eight editions, following the rhythm of the seasons, equinoxes, and solstices, plus a final release to mark Wren’s Day.
