This new Diplomat pen is made based on the model of the Aero but with a different futuristic style. The word Elox comes from "eloxieren" which means anodising in German. Diplomat chose this name to highlight the innovation they have been pushing in the industry. This Diplomat Elox collection again uses a double anodisation process, which is a very unique approach, to make this pen. Full black anodising of the body and turning of the rings. The nib section is also in orange, blue or purple anodised aluminium. The nib is steel and the fountain pen is available in different writing thicknesses.
