This produces a smooth, colourless yet flavourful aged rum, perfect for sipping or mixing. Fresh and tropical aromas of ground coffee and coconut, with citrus zest, toffee and marshmallow. The oily texture and well-balanced sweetness mean this is delicious to sip neat and mix in cocktails.
