DIY Doctor Brass Stair Rods 13 Pack for Runner Carpet up to 70cm Turned Ball Finials, Twin Locking Brackets, Rigid Metal Tube With Rust-Resistant Coating. Cut Length if Required.

ONE PACK, ONE FULL STAIRCASE – 13 stair rods cover a standard 13-step UK staircase in a single box, so there is no second order and no mismatched batch halfway up the stairs. Each rod fits treads up to 70cm wide and sits neatly against the riser to hold your stair runner carpet flat, straight and evenly spaced from the bottom step to the landing. TWIN LOCKING BRACKETS HOLD THE RUNNER FLAT – every rod is secured by two brackets that lock it firmly at each side, so the rod stays level and the runner cannot creep, ruck or shift underfoot on a busy staircase. The result is a crisp, even line across all 13 steps and a stair runner that still looks tailored months after fitting. RIGID METAL TUBE WITH A RUST-RESISTANT FINISH – each rod is a heavy-gauge metal tube that holds its line across the full width of the step instead of flexing in the middle. The rust-resistant coating keeps the finish clean and bright in a hallway that sees daily traffic, damp coats and direct sunlight, so the rods still look new long after fitting. Choose brass, chrome or black to match the rest of your hallway ironmongery. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS IN THE BOX – 13 rods, 26 brackets, 52 screws and a drill bit, so the whole staircase goes up in an afternoon with nothing else to buy. That is two screws per bracket and two brackets per rod, all supplied – no trip to the hardware shop halfway up the stairs, and no fixings missing from the pack. CUT TO FIT ANY WIDTH IN MINUTES – if your carpet runner is narrower than the rod, or your staircase is not a standard width, the tube can be shortened with a hacksaw or pipe cutter and dropped straight back into its brackets. The cut end sits hidden inside the bracket, so a trimmed rod looks identical to a full-length one.
