Distilled at 40% ABV, this distinctly rich, sweet and citrus spiced rum evokes the joyous nature of its namesake fiesta. DISTINCTIVE LIQUID The rich notes of honey add a sweetness to the flavour profile, the wonderful hand-picked calamansi lime (native to the Philippines) contributes distinctive citrus notes while the fiery local pepper, Siling Labuyo (one of the hottest chilis in the world), adds a touch of heat and spice. TASTING NOTES Rich, unctuous and sweet, with dark wild honey and milk chocolate notes, infused with orange oil. Then comes a surprising burst of heat from the siling labuyo chilli alongside a warming, dry oakiness.
