Supplied in a pack of two, each bit features a pointed web and fluted tip to enhance cutting performance and accuracy. The bit has a 3.5 mm diameter and 70 mm overall length with a 39 mm cutting length, and a 118° tip angle. It adheres to DIN 338 and is right-hand active, making it suitable for standard drill chucks. The TiN coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, helping to extend tool life and improve hole quality. Additional design elements include a visible in-situ marking for easy identification and an optimised helix angle that increases stiffness across the diameter range. The bright body is intended to improve cutting performance on ductile materials, while the coated surface resists flank and crater wear and allows for higher cutting speeds.
