The M5 tap, paired with an A002 split-point drill, is suitable for threading in a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and wood, and supports threading up to 1.5 times the hole diameter. The kit is compatible with standard drill chucks and is intended for DIY and home improvement projects requiring precise internal threads in pre-drilled holes. Two tap options are available: a second (bottoming) tap for through holes and a plug tap for blind holes, with straight flute design to ease penetration and reduce built-up edge in sticky materials.

Usage
